We recently shared the news that financial advisors have analyzed more than $1 billion in taxable client income using Worthy. That number represents real client work, done by roughly 400 advisors across independent RIAs and enterprise teams. At the time of publication, these advisors have uploaded more than 80,000 pages of tax and financial documents and run close to 1,000 Roth conversion analyses.
We built Worthy because we believe tax planning software shouldn't feel like software at all — it should feel more like adding a valued colleague to your team. As one advisor put it, using Worthy for tax planning "empowers our advisors to deliver more personalized planning, uncover opportunities more efficiently, and provide greater value at a scale that was impossible [previously]."
All the interest in this particular growth milestone feels like another strong signal we're on the right path. We'll soon have much more to share about where we're headed. For now, here's what two big publications had to say about our most recent achievement:

We were excited to see Davis Janowski come out first with the news in his WealthStack Roundup. At the top of the long list of AI news and innovation, he noted the success Worthy co-founders Jonathan Hudacko and Rosanna Leroe-Muñoz have had together previously, and welcomed them to a strong peer group — some competitive and some complementary — looking to offer wealth managers and financial advisors more effective tax planning software (like Altruist's Hazel, Taxfyle, April, TaxStatus, Holistiplan, and others).

Andrew Cohen's feature led with the time savings advisors are seeing with Worthy, and focused on an interview with Jonathan. It included the foundational insight that led Jonathan to co-found Worthy — which came from experiences with his previous startup, direct indexing platform JustInvest (acquired by Vanguard):
"[JustInvest] created a tax asset for the investor by harvesting losses throughout the year, and that's really the jumping point to this business," said Hudacko. "The creation of a tax asset really opened up conversations for us with a lot of advisors around their book of business. Who would benefit from having such tax assets? And how to expand the use of tax in their practice? Which got us thinking much more broadly around how advisors can leverage tax in their service offering to clients."
It's an approach that gives our team a distinct perspective as it builds a completely differentiated product for advisors in the AI tax planning space.
